Create Open Order
Creates one open-order line per part.

QuickBooks Reconciliation
Upload the daily QuickBooks Estimates by Customer report (.xls, .xlsx, or .csv). The comparison is read-only: it does not change QuickBooks or the Tracker. Missing orders can be loaded into the Create Open Order form for review before saving.

Job Cleanup
This cleanup only removes saved rows from Job History. It does not delete parts, operators, routes, quote standards, customers, processes, or open orders.
Data Backup & Emergency Restore
Read-only backup: these backup buttons only read data from Supabase and cannot update or delete records.
The Dropbox button uses your computer's Save dialog. If Dropbox is synced on this computer, choose your Dropbox folder. In browsers that do not support direct Save As, the backup will download normally so you can move it into Dropbox.
Emergency Restore
Use this only when recovery is needed. Restore writes data to Supabase. It does not delete extra rows that are newer than the backup, and it does not recreate database tables, RLS policies, or other Supabase configuration.
